3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts to use our Services. You represent that you are a licensed contractor or authorized representative of a contracting business operating in the home-improvement industry. We reserve the right to verify your credentials and deny service at our discretion.

4. Account Registration and Payment

To access our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Payment is due according to your selected plan (e.g., monthly or custom). Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. We may suspend or terminate your account for non-payment.

Leads you receive through our Services are exclusive to you and may not be shared, resold, or transferred to third parties. You agree to:

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of fees paid.

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials on our website and platform are owned by Leadzmania or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our Services for their intended purpose during the term of your subscription.

7. Disclaimers

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT LEADS WILL RESULT IN CONTRACTS OR REVENUE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS OF HOMEOWNERS OR OUTCOMES OF YOUR BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEADZMANIA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Leadzmania and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Upon termination, your right to use our Services ceases, and you must cease all use of lead data received through our platform.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Cook County, Illinois, or the federal courts located therein.
